Yoga Teacher Training 200 Hours

20th February - 7th of March 2026

This training will give you profound insights into the world of yoga - an authentic approach to the practice. With two seasoned teachers who have practiced for more than two decades the teachings will be a generous quilt of knowledge about anatomy, alignment and intelligent movement in combination with lessons in the wisdom, philosophy and psychology from the ancient yogic culture

Yoga History ancient to modern day

Meditation various techniques

Pranayama

Mudra & Mantra

Intro to Kriya Yoga

Ancient rituals & ceremonies

Vinyasa & Hatha sequencing

Alignment, Anatomy & Intelligent Movement

How to assist your students

Creative Sequencing workshop

Intro to Ayurveda

Cueing & Story Telling to create great practices

The business aspect of being a yoga teacher/yoga studio owner

We will stay in the heart of all things Yoga at a cosy boutique hotel just behind the Parmath Niketan Ashram at the banks of Ganges, Rishikesh. It´s simple living, the real yogic way. Immersing ourselves in the traditions & rituals of the yogis. Our diet will be nourishing, delicious, vegetarian, organic where possible and homemade. Students will practice Asana, Pranayama & Meditation daily along with having lectures & discussions on the essential topics for practicing and living yoga.

A portion of the training will be live streamed lessons sent out prior to the journey to Rishikesh.
